Gail Clifton Cooluris is Of Counsel in the Sacramento office of Boyden, Cooluris, Livingston
& Saxe PC. Ms. Cooluris’ current practice focuses on commercial loan transactions, banking law and related regulatory matters, in addition to appellate practice. Before associating with the firm, she served for ten years as Principal Attorney to then Presiding Justice Robert K. Puglia of the California Third District Court of Appeal.
Ms. Cooluris received a B.A in Plan II Honors from the University of Texas at Austin, and an M.A. in psychology from California State University, Sacramento. In 1978, she earned her J.D. degree from the University of California at Davis, where she was editor of Environs published by the UCD Environmental Law Society and received American Jurisprudence Awards in Torts and in Family Law. She has an extensive professional background as editor of various legal and other publications and is an active leader on school site councils in the Davis Joint Unified School District.
Ms. Cooluris has been admitted to the California State Bar and is a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
