Boyden, Cooluris, Livingston and Saxe

Cary C. Boyden, a founding partner in the Sacramento office of Boyden, Cooluris, Livingston & Saxe PC., now is of counsel to the firm, representing banks, commercial finance companies, equipment and vehicle leasing companies and other providers of financial services in a broad spectrum of banking, retail finance, commercial finance and leasing transactions. Mr. Boyden also provides representation ranging from general corporate to specific transactional involvement for numerous corporate, partnership and investor clients.

Mr. Boyden's principal focus is on personal property leasing and commercial finance transactions. He served as an industry advisor to the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws Drafting Committee which developed Article 2A of the Uniform Commercial Code and since 1977 has been the General Counsel of the National Vehicle Leasing Association.

Mr. Boyden earned his A.B. in history from Harvard College (1967) and J.D. from Georgetown Law Center (1970) where he was a member of Georgetown Law Journal. Before beginning private practice, he was the General Counsel for Crocker McAlister Companies, affiliates of Crocker Bank.

He has been admitted to the California State Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association.
